ARTS AND CRAFTS DISPLAY

The Home Township Library of Edmore may be used as a place to display, exhibit works of art or crafts, but it is not meant to be a market place.

The library will allow the artist to have a discreet price list corresponding to the objects displayed.

The area to be used for the display will be at the discretion of the librarian after conferring with the artist.

Artists will be asked to provide display equipment.

The library will not accept responsibility for displayed items that are damaged, lost or stolen during the time of display.

Display time may not exceed two weeks unless special arrangements are made with the librarian.

The hours should be posted at the display area, if the artist plans to be in attendance during the exhibit.

Set-up time for displays will be during regular library hours.

The library will be left in the same condition it was found.
